Telegram chat and channel parser

Build a list of people your offer is genuinely relevant to: members of niche groups, people who comment under posts, your own lists. Filters cut out bots, abandoned accounts and random strangers before the first message goes out.

Where the audience comes from

Parsing Telegram channels and chats surfaces people already talking about your subject. Four sources, and you can mix them inside one audience. Not sure which chats to take — the platform finds them for you from a few key phrases.

Public chats and groups

Niche communities where your future clients discuss their problems. A Telegram group parser collects both the member list and the people who actually write — two different sets, and the second one is usually worth more.

Private chats

Invite-only and subscription communities. One condition: the working account has to be a member. After that collection runs exactly as in a public chat.

Channels with comments

The liveliest signal Telegram has: someone left a comment under a post, so the subject is on their mind right now.

Your own lists

A CRM export, webinar attendees, contacts from past campaigns. Upload @usernames or phone numbers and the platform matches them to Telegram.

Audience filters

A freshly collected list is almost always wider than you need: bots, abandoned accounts, passers-by and competitors. Filters narrow it down to the people worth starting a conversation with.

Criteria combine freely. “Wrote in the chat within the last 24 hours, has a filled-in profile and the word ‘marketing’ in the bio” is a single query over the audience, not an export followed by hand-cleaning a spreadsheet. The last item in the list is a filter on an AI variable: when the trait you need is missing from the profile, the assistant infers it from the person’s messages, and you filter on it like on any other field.

Last seen no earlier than Name Has a username Bio is filled in Keywords in the bio Has a phone number Telegram Premium Verified account Has a personal channel Role in the source: wrote, member, admin Which source they came from When added and when last verified Value of an AI variable

Verifying contacts before launch

Time passes between building the list and sending the first message, and some contacts go stale. Verification pulls the data again — at the moment you are about to write.

The profile is reachable

The account exists, has not been deleted, and there is a way to address it — a username or a message in a public chat. Unusable contacts are filtered out before launch with a clear reason instead of burning inside the campaign.

The data is fresh

Name, username, bio and last-seen time are read at the moment of the check, not taken from a month-old dump.

The contact is not already in play

The contact registry will not let one person be messaged twice inside a campaign, and will not let the same account approach them again — even if they ended up in two different audiences.

Verification is part of the account’s monthly package and is charged as it happens — for profiles checked and messages parsed.

A collected list goes straight to work

A free parser hands you a file — and from there it is your problem: cleaning, verifying, making sure nobody gets messaged twice, finding something to send with. Here the audience is not a file but a working object inside the platform.

Filtering, contact verification and campaign launch all happen over the same list — nothing to move or reconcile.
Data does not age inside an export: the profile is refreshed before sending, and the contact registry remembers who has already been written to.
What Telegram does not know, the AI fills in: create your own variable, the assistant infers it from the person’s messages, and you can filter on it.

Need a file — CSV export with whichever columns you want is right there. The list is yours: take it whenever you need.

How to build an audience in 4 steps

From a chat link to a finished list — no account of your own, no scripts, nothing to install. The Telegram parser runs online, in the browser.

01
Point to the sources

Links to chats, groups and channels with comments. Not sure where to look — give a few key phrases and the platform picks the sources itself. Your own list of @usernames or phone numbers goes here too.

02
Collect the members

Collection is done by a rented platform account — you need none of your own, and your number stays out of it.

03
Filter and verify

Keep the people who fit by activity and profile, and refresh their data before launch.

04
Launch the campaign

The finished audience is immediately available to the dialogue script — nothing to transfer.

What comes after the list

Parsing is step one. After that somebody has to write to the audience and something has to handle the replies.

Common questions about parsing

No. Collection is performed by accounts you rent inside the platform. You cannot connect your own — and it is exactly the account that usually gets restricted during bulk collection.
Yes, if the working account is a member of that chat. From there collection runs exactly as in a public group. The platform does not break or bypass privacy, and will not.
The limit is set by the source, not by us: how many people are in the chat and how many of them Telegram exposes. The workload is covered by the account’s monthly package — roughly 50,000 verified profiles or 3.9 million parsed messages — and you only pay for work actually done.
They stay in the audience and can be reached if they wrote in a public chat or in comments: the platform identifies the person by their message, not by the link name. If there is nothing to address them with — no username and no public message — the contact is marked as such and the campaign skips it.
Yes. Lists of @usernames and phone numbers are accepted — a CRM export or a webinar attendee list, for instance. The platform matches those contacts to Telegram and checks whether they can be messaged.
Free tools demand your own account and hand back a raw, unverified list. Here collection runs on rented accounts, the audience is filtered and verified on the spot, and the campaign picks the result up — no exporting and moving files around.
